Module 1 - Qigong (The Immortal 10 Qigong)
Learn the ancient healing art form of Qigong for Improved energy flow through body, greater calmness, and wellbeing. Qigong helps with improving energy, circulation, coordination, balance, strength and mobility.
Module 2 - Remembering Your Dream
This module will assist you to develop clarity about what you are aiming for such as your dream, success and about the power of choice to start the journey to living your dream life.
Module 3 - Clear the Way
In this module you will learn the wisdom of how to overcome challenges such as the comfort zone, how to create the space for your dreams, gaining inner strength, what to do if at rock bottom in life, overcome sadness and regret and be encouraged to take action, whist aiming to be the best you can be with maintaining inner peace.
Module 4 - Gaining and keeping Momentum
In this module you will learn excellent practices for developing skillset and keeping momentum such as how to develop an excellent morning, evening routine, affirmations and skills to keep inspired to take action on dreams.
Module 5 - Inspiration for the journey
In this module you will learn the power of being in the present, having something to look forward to and how our environment can help you to stay inspired.
Course Coach
Hi, I'm Catherine.
Module 1 of the course was derived from my wish to share the solutions I have found on how to generate excellent energy and improvement in health such to improve circulation through the practice of Qigong which I have been practicing over 20 years.
Module 2-5 of the course has been developed over many years from concepts from my first and second book (due for release within one year) I have written. It is also the result of seeking and finding solutions of how to move from an uninspired state to an inspired state and how to overcome many of life’s challenges such as the comfort zone, indecision and how to stay encouraged and inspired to keep on keeping on.
